Under Swash Leveling Tools (USLT)
These tools allows you to
level your swash
plate WITHOUT removing the head. Clip it onto the main shaft just
over or under the swash plate and it provides a level surface to use
as a reference while leveling your swash. This CNC milled tool is
extremely accurate. Customers describe these as a "Must Have"
tool in your field box. Polycarbonate tool will not scratch your
heli.

These tools allow you to precisely level your swash plate by aligning all three links at once. (Inspired by Helifreak fiddle)
Slide the tool over the main shaft above the swash plate and it provides a level surface to use as a reference while leveling your swash. Place one of the tools feet over each swash linkage. It can touch the swash itself or the swash linkage as long as they provide a level plane parallel with the swash. This 3D printed tool is designed to precise specifications and allows you to level your swash to a high degree of accuracy.
The universal version is made with wide feet that will work "as is" on many helis, but it can easily be modified to level most swashes. If necessary, use a hack saw, file, or other cutting device to easily notch out sections that interfere with tool usage. This tool can be used on most swashes of a given main shaft size. The
specific versions, Oxy5 and Logo 700, were made for particular helis by
special request, but they will also work on swash plates with similar
sizes and configuration. I'm less likely to add a tool for a
heli I
don't own because it takes specific measurements to make these.
I can however be bribed with scotch and good pictures with
measurements.
Customers that don't like bacon describe these as a "Must Have" tool in your home setup arsenal. Non-metal tool will not scratch your heli.

These tools make it easy to
align servo horns
at 90 degrees on your servos. With the shape of many horns, it's
difficult to eyeball it perfectly without the help of a tool.
Polycarbonate tool won’t scratch your paint. Some servos may
require extra washers/screws to mount (not included).
These spacers allow you to stabilize your servos securely without the stock rubber grommets. They are each CNC milled to exact specifications to match your servos and screws. Select a size to match your servo width, distance between holes, and hole width. Then choose what size screws you want to use. They come in 4, 4.5 and 5mm servo hole sizes with inner holes for 2, 2.5 and 3mm screw sizes. They come with two holes to match most servo types (two spacers to a package) or a single hole to match any servo (four spacers to a package).
